1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
· The return request is initiated within 2 days of delivery.
· The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
· The item is not a custom-made or personalized product, as these are non-returnable.
· Footwear must be tried on a clean surface to prevent any wear marks.
2. Non-Returnable Items
· Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
· Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items.
· Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
· Any item beyond the 2-day return window.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Return Shipment: If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and customers must proceed with a return request.
