At MONK BESPOKE LABS, we strive to provide timely and efficient delivery of our handcrafted leather shoes. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
· Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Duration
We offer the following shipping options:
· Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
· Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (available for select locations).
· International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free Shipping: Available for every orders within India.
International Orders: Shipping costs depend on destination and package weight. Duties and taxes may apply as per the destination country's regulations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting the courier partner's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Certain remote locations may have longer delivery times or limited shipping options.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and product.
In case of lost shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier. However, we are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages.
Address changes can only be requested before order dispatch.
